Bill O’Brien to Request a Criminal Investigation Into the Sanders 2016 Pres. Campaign

Bernie Aussie CollusionYesterday former New Hampshire House Speaker Bill O’Brien, in a public Facebook post, released a letter he is sending to the U.S. Department of Justice, requesting a criminal investigation into the Bernie Sander’s 2016 Presidential campaign based on the Federal Election Commissions fine which we reported here.

His complaint to the FEC about the four Australians that Project Veritas caught on camera working on the 2016 NH Primary campaign hit the jackpot! The Sanders campaign had to pay a $14,000 fine for violating Federal law regarding foreign nationals giving “something of value” to a US candidate.

Bill has included a means by which you, dear readers, may sign on to the letter, with his stipulations for inclusion at his discretion.

I have included the entire text of the Facebook status update, and embedded the original Facebook post.

From Bill O’Brien:

I am attaching a draft of a letter I will be sending to the US Dept. of Justice on or about Thursday, March 8 requesting a criminal investigation of the Australian Labor Party and the Sanders 2016 presidential campaign based on the results of the recent FEC investigation of both. In that investigation, it appears that the FEC determined the violations were knowing and willful, a predicate to criminal prosecution.

If you want to sign on to the letter, please send the following information to this email address:
SignOnToLetter@gmail.com

1. Your full name

2. Your address (which will not be provided on the letter)

3. How in addition to your name that you care to be identified on the letter (elected office, organization position, activist, etc.)

4. A clear and unambiguous statement that you want to have your name and identity included among those requesting the investigation.

I reserve the right to not include anyone on the list and to make minor changes to the letter to correct typographical, grammatical or other non-substantive errors.

I suspect that the more names we can list, the more likely this matter will move forward. In order to promote that possibility, I will be releasing the full letter including all names to the media.

Thanks,
Bill O’Brien
