Bernie Sanders And His Crooked Campaign In New Hampshire

bernie-sandersBernie Sanders got a $14,500 slap on the wrist from the FEC for knowingly accepting Australian Labor Party workers for his primary campaign here in New Hampshire.

The Sanders campaign admitted, and facts show, his campaign knew they were getting a “thing of value” from the ALP because – they picked them up at the airport. The Australians didn’t hitch-hike here.

The Australians had $60 per day, each, for rooms and meals – funded by Australian taxpayers.

Here is the Federal Code Sanders violated:

52 U.S. Code § 30121 – Contributions and donations by foreign nationals

(a)Prohibition It shall be unlawful for—

(1) a foreign national, directly or indirectly, to make—

(A)a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election;

(B)a contribution or donation to a committee of a political party; or

(C)an expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication (within the meaning of section 30104(f)(3) of this title); or

(2 ) a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national.

(b) “Foreign national” defined as used in this section, the term “foreign national” means—

(1) a foreign principal, as such term is defined by section 611(b) of title 22, except that the term “foreign national” shall not include any individual who is a citizen of the United States; or

(2) an individual who is not a citizen of the United States or a national of the United States (as defined in section 1101(a)(22) of title 8) and who is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence, as defined by section 1101(a)(20) of title 8.

(Pub. L. 92–225, title III, §?319, formerly §?324, as added Pub. L. 94–283, title I, §?112(2), May 11, 1976, 90 Stat. 493; renumbered §?319, Pub. L. 96–187, title I, §?105(5), Jan. 8, 1980, 93 Stat. 1354; amended Pub. L. 107–155, title III, §§?303, 317, Mar. 27, 2002, 116 Stat. 96, 109.)

This conciliation agreement between the FEC and Sanders could have gone to the US Attorney General for enforcement under, 52 U.S. Code § 30109 – Enforcement.

But as with most progressive violations of election laws, there is a soft landing for the violators. Just take a look at professional Democrat activist, Carl Robert Gibson, the 2015 vote suppressor New Hampshire snagged. He is still awaiting trial for sending news releases stating special election candidate Yvonne Dean-Bailey was dropping out of her NH House race. That is bona fide voter suppression.

See anything in the news about that lately?

Carl was in court in Concord last Wednesday. The biggest, confirmed case of voter suppression in New Hampshire since the 2002 – 2010 “phone jamming” case that landed Chuck McGee in jail, goes unpublicized. I was at the courthouse and found the place empty minutes after it was to be heard. They didn’t have time to open a file let alone hear a case – and no Carl? The hearing was on the docket, but that was about it. Some case.

By the way, Carl was working for Bernie Sanders while he was suppressing NH votes.

But then, prosecutions for election law violations, like most things, depends on who you are. And reporters who spend years on one story – ignore one that hurts their political agenda. Just Google “NH phone jamming” for the ten-year history of news articles.

If you want to know why Chuck McGee was prosecuted to the fullest and so quickly, take a look at who handled his prosecution.

Now I am not asking for much, just a little balance.

These Australians were, according to one stating so on the Project Veritas tape, encouraged to vote here. That confession is consistent with other cases of voter fraud found in NH. One of the Martha Fuller-Clark illegal voters said the same thing. The Veritas tape has another example made by a Virginia resident.

How about a look at where Bernie put the Aussies up for the time they were here? They didn’t stay at 345 Cilley Rd. in Manchester where other Sanders campaign workers voted illegally – and NH has not even investigated, let alone prosecuted that well-documented crime.

Wouldn’t it be nice to know who, election after election, is telling foreign nationals and out-of-state campaign workers they can vote here?

It’s about time the new, President Trump appointed, US Attorney for NH took a look, don’t you think?
