Court Says Two Women Cannot Conceive a Child, Same-Sex Divorcee Shouts ‘Discrimination!’
Again, who says the Left is the side that believes in Science and Reality?
The Mississippi Supreme Court heard arguments this week on whether a boy born to a woman in a lesbian union should be considered the biological son of his mother’s lesbian spouse. A county judge ruled against the former lesbian spouse on the grounds that two women cannot conceive a child and thus be biological parents. In legal arguments, the woman claims that this is unconstitutional discrimination against same-sex marriages.
The legal battle concerns Christina “Chris” Strickland, a 44-year-old woman who wants to be listed as the legal parent of 6-year-old Zayden Strickland. Strickland hopes to gain equal custody with her former wife Kimberly Day, who bore Zayden after the boy was conceived through artificial insemination with eggs from Day and sperm from an anonymous donor.

Sheesh – but after reading about the fact that just because not all women have vaginas is no reason to not accept and affirm that they are women, the head just keeps spinning and spinning. Facts like two women can’t impregnate each other, that they relied on a sperm donor seems to make no difference at all. The phrase “biological” has a specific meaning yet, once again, we see those on the Left trying to pervert our common language to advance an ideological agenda that, on its face, is impossible in reality. One can be the biological mother, not two. But hey, Science!
It isn’t discrimination against single sex marriages – it is an affirmation that sex is sex and that it is biologically impossible to be what she claims to be. Sure, you can make up what ever you want, but that doesn’t mean that it is true in the real world. But, I guess she’d call me a bigot as well because this shows, in part, that SSM is not the same as traditional marriage (biologically speaking).
