I was at the 603 Alliance dinner the other night when Steve Bannon was the keynote speaker. It was rewarding to see him open up his phone and announce the number of out-of-state voters who tipped the 2016 NH General Election in favor of Crooked Hillary.
He hit the number right on, 6,540 voters established their right to vote in NH by using out of state drivers licenses as identification. Using an out of state license as identification means you are a resident of that state – until you establish a legal domicile here. To date, 5,500 people from other states have yet to change their address to NH. That makes them non-domiciled voters. See: Newburger v. Peterson, NH Supra 1972.
I guess they all quit driving on November 9, 2016.
Steve Bannon called out NH Secretary of State William Gardner while speaking at the 603 Alliance Dinner to investigate the other potential out of state voters who tipped the scales in a Federal Election. He promised to “put his money where his mouth is” and pay for that investigation.
He also stated it was unacceptable to steal primary elections.
As most people know, I have been tracking out of state voters in NH for 17 years and I have said out loud and in print that I believed there are between 5,000 and 8,000 non-domiciled voters tipping Federal elections in NH. The recent investigation into one single day of voting, November 8, 2016, by the Secretary of State bears me out on my low estimate.
I have a suggestion for Mr. Bannon.
Since seeing the 5,500 number the NH SoS came up with this August, I would like to add to the higher number in my old estimate.
I would imagine that with one real, targeted, investigation using existing documents we could come up with another 7,500 out of state voters who participated in the November 8, 2016 election. It wouldn’t take long, and the data is available to certain politically privileged individuals – not average citizens who pay for it.
Mr. Bannon’s timing is perfect, the data is still there, he offered to pay -what does the Secretary of State have to fear. Let’s do it.
Or we could just surrender the Primary to a deserving state that has clean elections and enforceable laws.
