While the MSM is giving a LOT of attention to conservative Republican Roy More for sexual stuff 40 years back (and Fox News beforehand), it has gotten so bad on the Left that New England talkmaster Howie Carr is running a “Perv Pool” – who will be the next notorious Leftist / Socialist / Democrat to be outed as both a hypocrite (“Republicans are bad for women”) and a sexual harrasser / abuser for HIGHLY inappropriate actions toward the fairer sex (or in the case of Kevin Spacey, other men). The parade of pervs seems to be never ending and other than more, one thing is true:
Each and every one of them is a Progressive and spouts the Progressive line
It seems that everywhere that the Left has invaded and taken over (e.g., Entertainment, Media, Politics), THEY are the ones committing serious crimes against women even as they claim that we on the Right are the abusers. Sure thing- just remember the holy firestorm by those that believe they were our Moral Betters that Veep Mike Pence followed a virtuous line of living by not being alone with a woman that was not his wife nor drinking alcohol at an event where his wife was not there? Man, the sturm and drag they threw it him for being misogynistic by refusing to do dinner with women that he otherwise could “help” or mentor or just “talk business”. They really believed he was doing wrong and doing it, in no small part, for religious reasons. They berated him and assumed that he did it because “he couldn’t control himself”.
That wasn’t the reason but certainly was a Biblical principle of not having the appearance of wrong-doing in any possibility. The Left attacked him for this. Betcha more than one woman now wishes that their abuser / attacker / assaulter had chosen to live that way (especially after what Weiner, Weinstein, Lassitor, and now Charlie Rose treated women – not to mention Louise C.K.). Utterly disgusting – we used to say “keep it in your pants” but a lot of these louts high on their own Power over others didn’t even bother with pants (or robes, for that matter). Or the women themselves decided to live and act that way (remember, it is a two way street).
It is just so schadenfreude for us on the Right that those on the Left who have been complaining and preaching about “power inequality crimes” of the Right have actually turned out to be the guilty ones in FAR bigger numbers. Sure, I’m not saying that we don’t have problems as well but man, it is breathtaking how many of the Lefty Powerful are being taken down on a daily basis and I think this is just the start.
It is well known that compared to the Right, the Left is much more unchurched and worse, gone on the attack against Christians and what we believe. While we are all fallen, perhaps they should take a look and go “maybe those that are faithfully living their faith” (as opposed to the Back Pew Baptist types that “walk the world” Monday through Saturday but show up in their finest with a brand spankin’ new Bible under their arm on Sunday).
But then we have Ohio Supreme Court Justice Bill O’Neill saying this with a boast that makes it out that ALL men do it:
“Now that the dogs of war are calling for the head of Senator Al Franken I believe it is time to speak up on behalf of all heterosexual males. As a candidate for Governor let me save my opponents some research time. In the last fifty years I was sexually intimate with approximately 50 very attractive females,” Ohio Supreme Court Justice Bill O’Neill wrote on Facebook Friday.
No SIR! Maybe it is because the Left is MIRED in this libertine environment getting what your urges say you should any way you can DOESN’T mean that we all act like you. Many, many, many, many of us have been faithful to our wives and certainly did not go out just looking “for a good time; wham bam thank you ma’am” lifestyle. To do so says one thing – I got mine and to heck with you. It cheapens what should be a very precious gift and he bragged about it. But then again, that’s the rot in the culture wars that the Left has brought and trumpeted via the media, movies, song, and pop culture. It’s all about the instant self-gratification and berating those that won’t join in.
I forget who said it but it seems that the Left is always complaining we live in a “rape culture”. I guess, for them, they really do live in that reality but think that we all do – now they are finding out some of us still hold onto higher levels of morality.
But all we can do is just shake our heads and worry about our kids and grandkids being lured into it.

According to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, as high profile politicians and major donors gathered at the La Costa resort, the Democracy Alliance board of directors decided to set new standards of sexual conduct due to the sexual deviancy of those “in a position of authority or power over another.”
The guidelines included a suggestion that the progressive community might be plagued by “inappropriate behavior.”
“The Board recognized that incidents of inappropriate behavior may exist throughout the progressive community, including at the Democracy Alliance,” the resolution states.
“May” or “might”? Ya think?

The creme de la creme of Hollywood, Washington D.C., and journalism are facing a string of sexual harassment and sexual assault allegations the likes of which we’ve never seen. As more and more women (and men!) come out and say what happened to them, more and more women feel more confident in sharing their stories.
It is not something limited to a party, nor is it limited to ideology. There is, however, one explanation – really, the only explanation – for why many of these people would commit the acts they commit.
We, as a nation, continue to pursue the idea that there is such thing as moral relativity.
Products of Hollywood – television shows and movies – continue to showcase moral relativism as if it is something that is good and necessary. Politicians stand on stages or before their colleagues and push for more and more flexibility in morality. Journalists report on these things with baited breath, eagerly waiting to write about how good and progressive it is that we are being more flexible on certain issues.
But, as we continue to move the goalpost back further and further, we lose sight of what is truly right or wrong. We have this idea that when we are given power, we are allowed to use it as we see fit. From Bill Clinton to Harvey Weinstein to Glenn Thrush and Charlie Rose, we see men who are showered with attention and recognized for their service to progressive politics and moral relativism. In return for this praise, their peers look away when they behave improperly.
We’ve been saying this for years – moral relativism allows for almost anything. Instead of the Bible with absolute right and wrong, moral relativism’s “bible” is the concept of Political Correctness. It in turn, as we have observed, is a religion in and of itself. Unlike most religions that have a written and codified morality, PC is only what it is today and that may not have any thing to do with what was right last week or what is right today may not be right tomorrow. Moral relativism “personified” and God help those that are in the Power positions that are doing the deciding.
