Steve Deputy Dawg Shurtleff isn’t wasting time grabbing some press or political opportunism from a recent tragedy.
CONCORD, N.H. —New Hampshire House Democratic Leader Steve Shurtleff said Friday it is time for “bump stock” multi-trigger activators to be outlawed in the Granite State.
Shurtleff, a Vietnam veteran who is now in his seventh term in the House, said he will try to introduce a bill for the 2018 legislative session to ban use of the device, which was used by the shooter, Stephen Paddock, in last Sunday’s mass shooting in Las Vegas.
I wonder who the “Republican” co-sponsors will be?
