Japan’s Doomsday Preppers Are Buying $19,000 Bomb Shelters: North Korea’s missile launch sends demand surging.

Atlas underground

While our media and the Democrats (but I repeat myself) are non-stop kvetching about “Russians! Russians! Russians!”, the Norks are getting closer and closer to migrating from a nuclear power to a delivery of a nuclear bomb power that can easily reach Hawaii, Guam and much of the West Coast.  Which means Japan and South Korea are dead in their sights.

Business has never been better at Atlas Survival Shelters, which ships bunkers to customers around the world from its U.S. factories. Among the best sellers: the BombNado, with a starting price of $18,999.

The popularity of the company’s doomsday fortifications is no surprise, considering the state of the world in general and, specifically, Kim Jong-Un’s pursuit of a missile that can hit the continental U.S. Curiously, though, the most furious surge of interest isn’t in America but Japan, a country that’s long been within North Korea’s striking distance.

Are we returning back to “Duck and Cover” days ?  At least then, the leaders of Russia cared about their population as well.  The nutty Fatso from the Hermit Kingdom is playing “Crazy Ivan” but with Communist China’s blessing.

Going underground might not be such a bad thing – at least to think about.
