I just LOVE it!  I have a rather dour outlook on the future of US businesses as I see some of these precious snowflakes coming out of the Marxist labs, once called “Institutions of Higher Learning”, and bringing some of those toxic safe space ideas along with them to the workspace – as HR managers.  Be Politically Correct or be the highway. Conservative / traditionalist?  How can you work here if you won’t call me ze?

Well, THIS company, The Silent Partner Marketing, has its “Snowflake Test” you must pass before you can work there – and I’m betting our loyal readers would pass with flying colors.  Which tells you what kind of employees that CEO Kyle Reyes DOESN’T want as he explains here (“So I’ve implemented something that is going to give HR managers and the PC Police night sweats”).  Here he is on Fox and Friends talking about it:

I like the cut of his jib.  I’m even more enthused that other companies are thirsting for a variant of this test for their own!
