A promise kept – and Joseph Plaia and Zandra Rice-Hawkins go on lying about SB12 – Part 3

And now back to Zandra Rice-Hawkins – Mrs. FUD herself (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt).  Except in the case of SB12, the Constitutional Carry bill that Governor Chris Sununu promised to sign and did, she’s outright lying about what it does and what it says.  Typical for this Socialist that’s funded by outside-the-state-Progressives that want to turn our Live Free or Die State into just another Mass. hellhole of overreaching and overbearing government.  She is constitutionally unable to understand that the most important thing is Freedom for individuals to make their own choices.  Instead, she’s all about how Government needs to put a figurative cage around us and make all of the “important” decisions of our lives for us.  In this case, the Right to be able to defend ourselves should be, as any good Progressive wants, outsourced to others.  And she, in my opinion, to lie about it:

Here’s a couple of tweets from Granite State Progress which she heads:

Really?  “Signed law to allow sex offenders & other dangerous people to legally carry hidden , loaded guns” (BTW, concerning sex offenders, she’s all about

allowing men going into womens’ bathrooms and locker room – Consistency much, Zandra?). Let’s unpack that – are sex offenders considered to be felons? Yes, sex crimes are cast as Class A Felonies.  Which means that they are a prohibited person (“unless the applicant is prohibited by New Hampshire or federal statute from possessing a firearm.”).  So Zandra / Granite State Progress (one in the same, IMHO) is outright lying – they ALREADY are not allowed to have firearms.  For Zandra Rice-Hawkins to lie about that is:

  • Par for the course for Progressives – like the Islam doctrine of taqiyya / deceit, anything to advance the agenda is permissible.
  • Who ISN’T concerned about those convicted of sex crimes – so she attempts to make that conflation.

and “Other dangerous people” – would she also be talking about those that have been convicted of committing violence upon other, yet another felony?  Once again, it’s a lie as these people already are not allowed to possess a firearm. We all see in the media, however, that such prohibitions do not stop them from having them.

What’s worse is the mindset that some Police Chiefs have (and were able to exercise before SB12 was signed) – that those folks that are “dangerous” should be denied the full exercise of their Right even if they are innocent.  That’s right, Zandra Rice-Hawkins doesn’t believe that one is innocent until proven guilty (most Progressives seemed to be of the same mind – you know, “safety and security” over Freedom and Liberty)

So why won’t she just tell the truth?  She can’t – there are no good answers except STATUS QUO (and the aforementioned civilian disarmament). But she doesn’t stop there:

So let’s go to the next rung up the scum ladder – drug dealers.  Unpack that FUD, broad net she again wishes to cast – “suspected”. Not convicted or adjudicated. She desperately wants to include “drug dealers”, doesn’t she? She knows that those already convicted of doing such are felons – and thus already prohibited from carrying (open or concealed).  But once again, she just can’t resist the temptation to shade the truth by making it seem that Governor Sununu has just given permission to drug dealers that HAVEN’T been convicted to conceal carry.

Er, no.

But that’s the innuendo she wants out there – that Sununu is giving bad people the right to conceal carry. She is desperate – and playing on the fears of those that don’t know the ins and outs of the law.  She is incapable of having reasonable debate – she has no reasonable line of defense and Heaven knows that she can’t be honest about her end game and ultimate goal as normal people would reject her out of hand.

No.  Sununu did – he was honest, said what he would do, and then did it.  Openness and transparency.  Zandra?  Not so much – darkness, curtains, and FUDness.
