A promise kept – and Joseph Plaia and Zandra Rice-Hawkins go on lying about SB12 – Part 2

Portsmouth Police CommissionGiven that I have not heard back from Portsmouth Police Commissioner Joseph Plaia, I have issued the following Right To Know RSA 91-A request to the entire Portsmouth Police Commission:

Please consider this an official RSA 91-A Right To Know request – this is a demand for any hardcopy or electronic communications concerning any communications that the Portsmouth Police Commission may have had concerning the recently passed NH bill SB12 (aka, “Constitutional Carry”).

Please also provide the stances on SB12 by Commissioners Brenda Cavanaugh and Joe Onosko. Further, please provide the official stance of the Portsmouth Police Commission’s stance on Commissioner Joseph Plaia’s characterization of SB12 (”This bill will eliminate the state’s longstanding permitting system”) when there is nothing in the law that supports his statement.

Kindest regards,

I will be calling them (603-610-7471) in a few minutes.  And, ayup, I spelled Commissioner Brenna Cavanaugh’s first name incorrectly – apologies.
