“No-compromise gun activists are building momentum for state laws that allow firearms owners to bring their weapons into public spaces without securing the government permits…”. They just can’t STAND to say “Constitutional” – always the slag at “gun activists”. Who, pretty much, are always resorting to the Constitution, natch!
We here in NH are among 11 that have Constitutional Carry which The Trace (an anti-gun site paid for by former NYC Mayor Bloomberg (who also wanted to take soda away from his serfs citizens in addition to guns for all of us). Almost 25% of America now have the Second Amendment Right to keep and bear arms.
The heartache for The Trace’s illustrator MUST have been those other States. No, not the grey ones but the striped ones – those that have pending legislation to join we eleven. Total? Eighteen, making a total of twenty-nine – more than half of America. No, not all of them will pass but not for lack of trying. And I had to chuckle that they could not just bring themselves to say Constitutional, just permitless carry which must have made their teeth grit just as badly
Imagine that, we serfs citizens being able to do something with out first having to get on our knees to ask permission of Government to exercise our Second Amendment Right. Do we demand that The Trace get permission from the Nanny State in order to exercise its First?
But right now, that map is starting to look, more and more, like the Electoral map – a few of bicoastal surrounded by the rest of us. Heh!
