More Than The Harvard Law Moonbats Bargained For?

U.S.-9th-Circuit-Court-of-AppealsThe Ninth Circus Court of Bad Apples has just handed President Trump a club with which to beat them. They have ruled that a state, with absolutely no current legal standing, can sue a president if they don’t like his decisions. Even an individual with a half decent 12th-grade education can easily understand they are wrong.

President Trump must keep hammering this home to voters because the liberal court jesters will not back down. They have no recourse. Voters snubbed their leftist candidates in historic fashion, and the left Has nowhere else to go but liberal, activist judges – like these.

To acquire standing to get a TRO (temporary restraining order) the State of Washington put forth the imbecilic notion that the State suffered harm because the state university system was denied, potential educators and lecturers. This is supposed to link a state with its state university – so the state can sue.

OK, let’s reason this out.

An educator or professor of any state university found to be fomenting violence against a subject class of students, as documented cases have shown, opens a big, wide, wonderful door to countersuits against that state.

How soon can we take civil action for damages against the State of Washington, or any state with a state university that promoted, allowed by omission, or didn’t know about violence against a conservative student group?

Many colleges have huge endowments that escape taxation. Billions are open for re-distribution to the conservative minority of any state college subjected to violence by snowflakes driven by crazy, hate inspired “professors.”

Oh happy day, if this is the new precedent in future civil proceedings.

Gradually, voters in fly-over country will see how important their votes were in November and how we dodged a bullet or two aimed at the Supreme Court by leftists.
