Oh yeah, I remember. Because Democrats give 2 s**ts about inner city blacks. The Democrats figure the inner city already votes Democrat if they vote at all, so there’s really nothing to gain in expending any resources to help them. Who cares about the body count. The dead don’t vote.

UPDATE: Correction. I initially wrote something that, upon rereading it, I completely disagree with and thank the faithful commenters for calling me on it. I’m not sure why I did it. I clearly wasn’t on my game. The dead DO vote in Democrat controlled areas. Especially in Chicago. And to say otherwise is erroneous. I wish that wasn’t the case, but it is. My mistake. Clearly, I should have more coffee before posting. Apologies all.
