Feds Have No Case But Continue to Hold Americans in Jail Without Bail

Everyone associated with the peaceful Bundy Ranch or Oregon Refuge “standoffs” was collected, arrested, and jailed without bail. After months of incarceration, despite a long list of charges, the government still had no case so they tried to get any or all of defendants to sign plea-bargains admitting guilt.

That actually didn’t work out. Defendants refused or were convinced that the government had no case. So the Feds finally put the Oregon defendants on trial for conspiracy and firearms charges. The jury found them not guilty.

We expect (hope for) a similar outcome with regard to the Bundy Ranch arrests, one of whom is Jerry DeLemus, still in jail in Nevada without bail on fabricated charges whose only purpose is to use the power of government to intimidate political opponents.

Yes, the Oregon verdict is a win, and while the Feds would desperately like someone convicted, that was never the point. The message is this. If we decide we don’t like what you do or say, we’ll raid your home and haul you off in front of your family and neighbors in handcuffs.

Our political masters own the media narrative and will go wall-to-wall to make you look like some evil, law breaking bastard. We will detain you and force everyone who counted on you to survive in your absence. Cost you your job and your reputation. Essentially ruin your life to perpetuate a false narrative for our own political purposes.

That is the America you live in under Barack Obama. That will continue under Hillary Clinton.

And whether you get convicted or not, the government will (probably) no longer need to worry about you when they try to seize someone else’s property or deny other people their rights. You’ll probably be quiet from here on out–maybe your family and friends will make sure of it–but that aside, scores of others who saw what happened to you will get the message.

That is what this is about. Using government force to intimidate the people into letting the government do whatever it wants without resistance or interference from anyone outside the corridors of power–where objections are mostly theater, presented by actors looking to get better parts in the play, who have no genuine interest in exposing their peers or the system that sustains them to questions of corruption or abuse.

If you don’t or won’t see that, one day soon you are in for a big surprise.

And no, sitting idly by or aiding and abetting this “transformation” will not protect you from future abuse. That’s why we call you useful idiots. Once they have enough power and feel certain we cannot navigate the system to take it back, you are no longer useful.

At that point, you are just an idiot.
