So, is this Senator Lindsay Grahamnesty’s Presidential failure revenge?

illegal alien signAyup, ask yourself – what is the ONE main issue that is already teed up to tick off the Conservative Republican base?

Ayup – immigration.  So what does RINO Grahamnesty want to do?  That’s right – tick them off good and solid (emphasis mine, reformatted):

Comprehensive immigration reform is back as senators eye new effort to pass ‘Gang of Eight’ bill after presidential election

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham doesn’t expect Donald Trump to win the White House, in fact he thinks Latino voters will be the billionaire’s downfall.  And so, after the November election, Graham, who ran for president this year [and failed – BADLY   -Skip] as well, said he expects the Senate will once again take on comprehensive immigration reform. ‘I’ll tell you what I’m going to do in 2017,’ Graham said, according to Politico. ‘I’m going to take the Gang of Eight bill out, dust it off and ask anybody and everybody who wants to work with me to make it better to do so.’

What does “comprehensive immigration reform” say to the base when spoken of by the Establishment?  Sure – one word: Amnesty.  What is the result of that?  Anger, as what does the base see?  Caving in.

Ayup – take those that have broken our laws and bless them, and let them stay.  Take those that have cut the line, take those that DEMAND citizenship, and just hand it to them.  IMHO, for one and only one reason only:

Some Republicans, at the time, realized that the party needed to bring more Latinos into the fold after GOP nominee Mitt Romney lost the group to sitting President Barack Obama by 44 points.

That’s right – Pandermania!  Upholding and strengthening the badly battered Rule of Law?  Nope – the feckless Republican “leadership” has decided that they need a new electorate.  Seriously – the Republican Party is going to promise MORE to the illegal alien vote than what the Democrats have already promised? Go ahead – give me just ANOTHER reason to no longer vote Republican.

Can you say suicide twice?  Tick off your base and still not get more than a few single digit more of said identity politics group vote.  If they’re lucky – and lose on the other side of the equation.

Don’t bother to pester me about “then the Democrats will win!”.  With Grahamnesty out for his revenge and poking me in the eye, count me out.  Why would I support something that is not in my best interest?

Let me ask you this – the Democrats can’t tell us the difference between them and Socialists, right?  Well, even if the Platform says otherwise, I’m having a harder and harder time telling the difference between Establishment Republicans and Democrats.  After all, you guys keep voting in supporting their issues (like now we are seeing the “stiff spines” going to Jello over gun control and the fevered campaign rhetoric against Obamacare flaming out to what appears to be the tiny wave ripples on a lake shore – much ado about nothing).  Voting for larger government?  You’re there.  Continuing to fund Obama programs that you tell us rubes that if elected, they’re history?

Sure thing, this fundamentally transformed definition of Consistency and Keeping Your Promises. A marching band of noise and a capgun’s worth of action.

Ayup, keep it up.  Time for this one to look for a real Constitutional Party.
