Huffington Post: “Eight out of the 16 states that have held primaries or caucuses so far have implemented new voter ID or other restrictive voting laws since 2010. Democratic turnout has dropped 37 percent overall in those eight states, but just 13 percent in the states that didn’t enact new voter restrictions. To put it another way, Democratic voter turnout was 285 percent worse in states with new voter ID laws.”
To be fair, compared to both current Republican votes and to 2008 / 2012 Democrat primaries, votership is down and is being attributed to Democrat listlessness and apathy. Why not? The Party that touted itself as being young, invigorated, skin color diverse has devolved to shoving two decrepit, old, whites who both have done pretty much nothing except reveal the Democrat Party to be indistinguishable from the Socialist Party (and by their own admission, too!).
But the percentage decrease above? All in all, believable given the focus on Voter Fraud by the States (even as the Obama Administration has done what it could to hinder it) – one vote for each live voter (and none for the dead or illegals). But the question remains – have the Democrats been that successful at “hiding the sausage” during elections? Certainly this recent spate of Project Veritas videos have shown the absolute disregard for The Law by the two main Democrat Party candidates (yes, the Socialists).
So while the Democrats may be screaming OPPRESSION! at this, I take the other tact and think that the deadpool and quick change ID artists may be getting run out of the election booth. Good riddance and may the election vote be true.
