Obama acts the bully; Cruz calls him out.

It is clear that Obama views Republicans, especially Constitutional conservatives and TEA Party folks, as an existential enemy.  Given the furor that Obama caused by his presser the other day and calling out his political opposition over Syrian refugees and hurting “widows and orphans”, one could see his use of Alinsky’s Rule #5:  “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”  The problem for Obama is that he has overplayed his hand with his “ridicule”.  If using Governor count, it is clear that he has called more than half of the country bigoted, uncaring, xenophobic, and “othering”.  His gaslighting

Problem for him is that there is a fine line that keeps ridicule from being crass bullying – and he crossed it.  In doing so, he violated Rule #7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”  We’ve been listening to this crap for 8 long years – who cares any more.  It is expected from him now, it is all he is: an angry, bitter man whose sole love in life is control by turning groups of people against each other. Some legacy, eh?

Ted Cruz, whom we just endorsed, was not having any of it – the proper response to any bully:

The true character of Obama has just been shown to be nothing but a bully.  Will he confirm that, having just been called out for his own words, and run away rhetorically?

It will be rather nice to see President Ted do what he told us during an interview – the first day of his Presidency, he will sign an Executive Order that will wipe all of Obama’s and with it, most of Obama’s legacy?  And then work his way through all of the rules and regulations promulgated by the Obama Administration and make them just motes in the dust bin of failed Presidencies.

Live by the Pen and phone, die by the same.  Obama’s major legacy will be that he could not be that which he is – he could not be the man that could bring people together and form consensus and preside via the passage of Law.  In this, he failed – he felt he was above it all and had Supreme Power where he did not.  He gladly exchanged that which is more permanent for the short term.

Indeed, I’m quite sure that Ted will run through his agencies alternating a broad sword and a scalpel to rid “of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States” that infests the Executive Branch that rebels that they are to follow the Law instead of creating it.
