Rich, well connected men should not be able to use their power and money to attract and rape minors, and then pay them cash so they can get away with it. But that is what prominent Democrat Terry Bean has attempted, and not just once. He has a history of paying off the minor he is accused of raping to avoid criminal charges, but this time the Judge isn’t having any of that.
The prosecutor in the case argues that Bean has a history of this,
Prosecutor Scott Healy opposed the civil compromise and offered detailed account of Bean’s sexual encounter with three teenage males — two of the incidents happened more than 20 years ago — in court filings.
The judge agreed.
There are certain social mores that we, as a society say, ‘We are not going to let this happen,’ ” (Judge Charles) Zennaché said.
“I think it’s bad public policy … (and bad) from a public safety perspective,”Zennaché said.
This is about a stinkin’ rich white guy who abuses underage people for sex. If they get upset or hint at legal action after he dumps them, he writes them a check in exchange for their silence.
Being gay really has nothing to do with it.
This DNC committee member, known to New Hampshire Democrats—including the state party chair Ray Buckley, prefers fruit that’s not quite ripe. He has history, and in the most recent case we know he asked Kiah Lawson to bring him younger ‘men. This is how Terry Bean rolls.
As to whether he will be found guilty, that is another matter entirely. As a major Obama donor with strong ties to the national party (and a prominent member and voice of a victim class), the wealthy predator is entitled to special privileges. These include a Presidential pardon should a conviction come before dear leader shuffles back to Chicago.
