Evan Nappen, national expert on 2nd Amendment law with practices in NH and NJ, came to the podium. He started off with his own discussion on his Revolutionary War rifle and then riffed onto talking about the 2nd Amendment and the law. He spoke long – but none of the 55-60 people who turned out on Sunday afternoon left. In fact, questions had to be curtailed at the end because people wanted more!
