It’s as if she knew then how rich she and Bill were going to get from his speaking fees from all those countries she visited as Secretary of State! Man, that’s generous – and she seemed VERY happy to deign to be giving us all those things….oh wait!
Ah yes, the dirty secret of Progressives – they DO believe, as MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber said as he was architecting Obamacare and its incentives to the States (which Supreme Court Chief Justice SCOTUScare Roberts ignored in his decision), that the voters are stupid. No, Hillary wasn’t about to open HER wallet to provide all these things to you (and if you listened to her second first re-launch campaign speech, she has even MORE!) – it’s YOUR wallet she’s opening. Just like Obama has done with his transfers of wealth from the Haves to the Have-Nots. After all, Hillary is nothing more than a stealth Alinskyite – her college thesis was about him and she had more than a passing acquaintance with him. Yes, we can see a repeat of Obama with her term in office and the lowering of the bar of Haves from The Rich will end up including almost everyone.
After all, remember the late Prime Minister of Great Britain Margaret Thatcher’s observation: Socialism is great until you run out of other peoples’ money. And at close to $19 Trillion of national debt, how soon will that happen?
Yet, it does seem that there is a significant number of Americans want more and more free stuff – when will they realize that not just other people but THEY will be on the hook for these and all of the other “gifts” that Progressives want you to think they are giving you?
