Carl Robert Gibson v. State of New Hampshire

Carl Gibson I dont always
Carl Gibson I don’t always have too many beers before three in the afternoon but when I do…

Vote suppressor Carl Robert Gibson goes to court today.  In fact, he is at the Concord district court, at this very moment, with his attorney.  I know this because they walked in at sat down within inches of Ed Naile who was already there, and proceeded to discuss their case.

The plan is to fight the charges he admitted to in the Press.

Today will be an administrative in-and-out.  Gibson plans to plead not-guilty to the misdemeanor charges and will seek a probable cause hearing on the Felony charges. The state will be required to provide enough evidence to prosecute. Gibson and his attorney intend to plead not guilty to any felony charges as well when the time comes.

And yes, they are pleading not guilty to things Gibson admitted to doing to the press. And yes, it should be State of New Hampshire v. Carl Robert Gibson.  But the post title is how it was written on a folder Carl was holding when he came in and sat down next to the Chairman of the Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers to discuss his case with his attorney.

Carl is not, apparently, the brightest bulb in the pack. But having said that, there is no reason to believe he wont still get away with all of it.  This is New Hampshire and he is a Democrat.
