It amuses me to no end when Republicans (individuals, groups, so-called advocates, candidates, politicians, party leadership) tell us that we must compromise on our principles to “have a seat at the table.”
Compromise is part of politics but shouldn’t we be looking for leaders who are more interested in getting the opposition to sit at our table?
