Salem, New Hampshire town selectman Stephen Campbell is the only member on the five-person board to question a proposed $23 million bond measure to fund a new safety complex.  The other four board members wanted the project.  Campbell, who had been using his personal Facebook page all along to communicate town business to the larger public, took to social media to share his concerns.
