Rockingham County Attorney-elect Pat Conway
County Attorney Elect Patricia Conway is a bum. Conway has no self control. Patricia Conway is as unfit to hold her office. As much as it was believed that James Reames was unfit to hold the office. Patricia Conway’s first act as county attorney was to serve her own personal whims of retribution. Conway’s Police-Officer-husband, Eric Lamb, a card-carrying member of the Rockingham County Laurie List, was “mistakenly” cleared from the list. It was Blanchard who tipped off the Attorney Generals office such was not the case. Lamb belonged on this list. Conway denies having access to the list. She is a bum.
In her first official act of firing Jerome Blanchard, Conway sent a clear message that gives form to how she intends to run the County Attorney’s office. Conway will run it like a hack and a Bum. With one single momentary act of visceral retribution, Conway has undermined the Office. A Hack- Bum will do that. With the cloud swirling around that office over recent events of Jim Reames’ tenure, It was the workhorses like Blanchard who righted the ship. Blanchard helped citizens not lose faith. Yes, Indeed…he was that awesome.
On Conway’s website, she wrote,
“If elected, the citizens of Rockingham County will have a County Attorney who has the integrity, education, experience and maturity who will continue to work hard to keep Rockingham County a safe place to live and raise a family.”
Integrity…This first official act is the utmost paradox of integrity. But when one is a Bum, that tends to be a personal blind spot. Maturity? Settling a score because her cop husband was removed from the Laurie list…then put back on the Laurie list…does not show maturity. It shows the behavior of a Bum.

Jerome Blanchard is gone now from the Rockingham County Attorney’s office. Some of the ugliest criminals can celebrate. Gone is a champion for truth. Gone is the guy who sought real justice and did not use the office to build his career on the backs of people who find themselves in most unfortunate situations.
Some from the Conway fan club may counter, “There were other issues not aired in the press…” Really? How apropos. That is of no consequence when one is a bum. Conway put herself out there as a Candidate. Conway did so of her own free will and choice. Conway survived the primary to run as County Attorney. Conway was elected to the position. She owns every last foible and folly she creates or befalls her. Hiding behind the veil of personnel matters is bad form where people see this in the manner it presents.
Kevin Coyle nailed it when he was quoted by James Kimball in the Union Leader,
“It’s a sad day when the best prosecutor in the office is fired for reporting misconduct on the part of the county attorney and others in the office,”
Pat Conway went from newly elected County Attorney to self-serving hack in one single act. Good luck with that citizens of Rockingham County.
