That’s My Biden!

Joe Biden 1997

VP Joe ‘Too many Gaffs to choose just one‘ Biden, added this to his oeuvre.

Biden’s slip came in a speech to the Legal Services Corporation, which provides lawyers to Americans who could not afford them otherwise. In his remarks, the vice president described the experience of his son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who was deployed for one year in Iraq.

“People would come to him and talk about what was happening to them at home in terms of foreclosures, in terms of bad loans that were being — I mean, these Shylocks who took advantage of these women and men while overseas,” Biden said

“Shylock represents the medieval stereotype about Jews and remains an offensive characterization to this day. The Vice President should have been more careful,” Anti-Defamation League National Director Abraham Foxman said

Shylock?

Is Biden too stupid to even know how unlikely it is for the average person to know the derivation or meaning of the word?  Is he too stupid to realize that it suggests an association with people who mention the word with enough frequency for him to use it colloquially?

Is Biden a bigot, or did he just pick it up from his constant exposure to bigots (Democrat party leadership), the way a child repeats words their parents use based on context without truly understanding the meaning?

Who does Biden know that uses the word, Shylock?  President Obama?  Harry Reid?

Speaking of Harry Reid (who is no stranger to racist or bigoted remarks…

Just last week, a white male Democrat gubernatorial running against incumbent Republican Susana Martinez claimed the Hispanic Governor “does not have a Latino [sic] heart.

Only a few weeks ago, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid made two racist Asian “jokes” in front of a predominantly Asian crowd.

So what did New Hampshire Democrats have to say about Biden’s slur?  Nothing.  Nor will they.

There is no political advantage in it and they care about nothing else. That’s why light-skinned blacks with optional magic negro dialects (who should be fetching the coffee) and Hispanics who can’t possibly be Republicans cannot go into a  7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts in Delaware unless they have a slight Indian accent.

How’s that for a left-wing tag-team slur?
