To whom it may concern (in particular Jennifer Horn):
I find it extremely disconcerting that the NH GOP is pushing Scott Brown, who’s record shows him voting with the Democrats 62% of the time, as “THE Candidate” to run against Jean Shaheen. Couple Scott’s voting record with his publicly stated stance on the Second Amendment (basically only the police/government should have guns) and his unwillingness to engage off the cuff with the average person on the street, makes the party’s support even more frustrating. The calls for unity: will the party and Scott publicly support Bob Smith or Jim Reubens if they win the primary? From all that I’ve heard so far, it sounds like the answer is no.
Scott Brown may have been a “Massachusetts Republican” but for this voting NH resident (you really have to start publicly pushing against the current domicile laws), Scott Brown is not even a “Democrat-lite”. He’s the real thing, a Democrat running in a Republican primary.
Stop telling me who to vote for, let me pick the one that I feel best represents the party’s stated ideals of smaller government, more individual liberty, lower government spending and lower taxes and you back them 100% against the Democrat.
Or am I misunderstanding the party’s goals?

Editor: In the case of the NHGOP and the RNC, perhaps we should have called this a Pri-Marry given how wedded the are to Mr. Brown.
