CA Democrat Reaches Across the Aisle All The Way To Germany?

DemocratDonkeySomething that is not mentioned often enough in the age of wait lists and ailing vets: New Hampshire Congressperson Ann Kuster sits on the Veterans Affairs Committee, and more specifically–on the subcommittee on health which has direct oversight of….the VA.  (cue Light bulb and ‘Ding’ noise)

But I do not come here today, at this moment, just now, other than in the shadows of penumbras inculcated above, to rag on Ann The McKluster Kuster.  I come to make fun of another Democrat on the Veterans Affairs Committee, who also sits on the subcommittee on health, whom Annie ‘F-Bomb’ Kuster must most certainly know–Julia Brownley.

Brownley is your a-typical left-wing democrat Kuster-esque Shea-Porter Clown Clone.  They are all funded by Democrat insiders, abortion lobbyists, and unions.   But Brownley gets particular attention because of a flyer she sent to all of her constituents that included a picture of a young woman in Dress whites that someone thought was a female member of the US Navy.  Not.

The Brownley mailer centers on the message “Reaching Across the Aisle for Real Results.”

Although it bears a fleeting resemblance to official attire worn by the U.S. Navy, no branch of the United States military wears a uniform like the one in the mailer. And the insignia on the cap is the symbol of the Bundeswehr Luftwaffe, Germany’s air force.

Reached all the way to Germany, although there are no German uniforms that look like this either.

Brownley serves on the House Committee for Veteran Affairs and is ranking member on the House’s Subcommittee on Health, which oversees the VA. Her district includes Naval Base Ventura County, a large military installation near the southern California town of Oxnard that supports 19,000 naval personnel.

Not much of an excuse for that screw up is there.  Well, this was vetted by Democrats.  The only thing they know about the military is how to pretend to like it for votes while they dismantle it because it represents a voting block they do not yet control.
