Obamacare Architect, Prof. Jonathan Gruber, confirms the DC Court of Appeals decision

Pelosi found out whats in the billthat determined that the IRS can only issue tax credit subsidies to Obamacare plan holders IF they purchased their Obamacare plans from an Exchange that was created by a State and NOT the Federal Government.  Here, the Progressive academician from MIT, Jonathan Gruber takes a question and confirms what the language in the Obamacare Law states – totally opposite of the regulation that the IRS tried to apply (that EVERYONE was to get a tax credit if they met the criteria):

Oh, OOPSIES!  The White House (and Prof. Gruber) are trying to walk that back, a verbal typo (a “speak-o”?).  Problem is, there is another instance of him saying the exact same meme (audio only) – the driving idea was to force States to put up their own Exchanges by leveraging (and creating) anger in those citizens whose States did not do their own Exchange (e.g., using the Community Organizing technique of getting people mad at others:  “WHY ARE YOU PREVENTING ME FROM GETTING OTHER PEOPLES’ MONEY?!?!?!?!?”):

(H/T: The Corner)   So knowing that this case, Helbig vs Burwell, is certainly headed to the Supreme Court, it will be interesting if this (and other notes that will probably be incorporated into the pleadings) comes forward.  It certainly shows that the intent, as presented by the Feds to the Fourth Circuit, is absolutely wrong, and that the words “States” and “Federal Government” have well defined meanings and one cannot be the other.

Sure, lots of people are depending upon those subsidies (depending – dependent on the Feds to take money away from others to give to them) and remember that Democrats are SOLELY responsible for this fiasco.  You can bet, however, that they will not blame themselves or go “sorry about!”.  Nay, they will blame the Republicans – and people like me that had other plans for the money we earned to better OUR families lives.  No, that is not selfish at all.

The people who ARE the real selfish ones are those Progressives, who believe they should have the control of how little I get to keep simply because they believe people who didn’t earn it are more deserving than those of us that did the actual work.  Here we see Warrenism at work – if I didn’t build it, I’m not entitled to keep it.

But THEY are entitled to take it and other are entitled to receive it.  And that is why the closer we get to a Socialist State, the more selfish the Ruling Class gets – they want more and more control over what should not be theirs to take.

On a background note, see this from RedState for some of the legal background on the meanings of words.
