Scott Brown: Even the Telegraph Agrees With Us – “Some Answers Tour”

Steve already had part of the Editorial up, speaking that Brown refuses to be on the hot seat – there’s always a scheduling conflict that is the ready answer.  This is the part that got my attention (emphasis mine):

Back in April, Scott Brown, the former U.S. senator from Massachusetts, announced his “Obamacare Isn’t Working Tour,” which followed closely on the heels of his “Main Streets and Living Rooms Tour.” That last one took him to all 10 New Hampshire counties as a run-up to his announcement that he would seek the New Hampshire seat in the U.S. Senate now held by Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen.

Brown this week announced his “Making Energy Affordable Tour.”

That’s all well and good, but it’s time Brown started his “The Public is Entitled to Some Answers Tour.”

At Mike’s house, his answer were deflective, void of content, revolved around a personal narrative, lightweight and paltry answers on important policy problems,  singularly focused that only HE can save us all from Jeanne Shaheen, and at worst, argumentative at straw men.

Sidenote: see, Scott, don’t point “the bony finger” and make it personal to and AT political bloggers – we will make sure that our readers will be reminded of it over and over and over again – and those readers will tell their friends too.  Please note, if some hasn’t already clued you in, we’re a persistent crew.  Especially when we don’t get simple answers to important questions.  After all, if you don’t believe us, go ask your latest hire of note, Patrick “Hynsie” Hynes.  Then let’s talk about “recording” the real answers and stop “skirting” the issues.

Like that schtick voting with US Senate Democrats 62% of the time your last year in the Senate – WHY did you abandon core and conservative Republican values to such a large degree???  62%, Scott?  Really?

Right now, Scott is putting on a performance worthy of the superficial patina that tries to mask itself as a substantive campaign nowadays.  Actually being on the stump solely on the issues cannot happen when it is one that is all about ME!

Indeed, “The Public is Entitled to Some Answers Tour” and not just those that come from slickness and fast patter.  And as your blood pressure begins to rise, remember just one thing:

You have brought us upon yourself.

Don’t worry, Nashua Telegraph, Scott Brown stiffs everyone that wants to ask scary questions and demands real answers in return.
