Interstate Voter Fraud

Bob HieringYou may not have seen this in the news because it is one of those things that never happens – but it happened again.

A Democrat in the State of Washington mailed some phony letters to Florida Republicans in an effort to quell his mental disorder – progressivism.

One, James Webb Baker Jr. 58 of Seattle Washington, mailed fake letters labeled as official Florida election documents to some 200 Republicans in Florida several days before the 2012 election. This was, according to this moonbat, an effort at payback for the State of Florida trying to clean its election rolls before the 2012 election. You might remember a small dust-up over ballots in Florida in years past?

A recipient of one of the illegal voter suppression letters was Bob Hiering of Del Ray Beach Florida.

Mr. Hiering turned the letter over to authorities.   Here we are in June of 2014 and Mr. James Webb Baker Jr. has struck a plea deal with the Feds.  He is pleading guilty to just two counts for his malicious, deliberate attempt at voter suppression.  Sentencing will be in September. (Here is a Florida news piece about the story.)

I talked with Bob Hiering about this and he is somewhat surprised that such a slap on the wrist is in order.

He sent me a copy of what was sent to him by the Democrat activist from Washington.

Mr. James Webb Baker Jr. of Seattle is getting off lightly with only two of possibly 400 counts of election and mail fraud.

Mr. James Webb Baker is also getting off lightly in that the major media are not interested in covering election fraud conducted by Democrat activists.

Here in NH, The Coalition of NH Taxpayers is certainly interested in INTER-STATE election fraud because that is much of the election fraud that happens here.

We now have a friend in Florida who will keep us informed of what is going on with his case.

I should mention that many agencies were involved in capturing Mr. James Webb Baker Jr. through a thorough investigation – kudos to them. Let’s hope the judge doesn’t accept the weak deal.

Florida was a swing state just like New Hampshire in 2012 – seem odd?
