Just got mail from ‘Grok friend Scott McGrath, commiserating on our recent experience with Scott Brown. (Honestly, Scott M., on the personal level they were fine.) What got my attention was the absolute refusal to vote for Brown!
The visitors to my recent house party were divided: Those who were happy to see a well-funded generic Republican, vs those who hoped to see a display of principles, and generally went away dissatisfied.
Recently, Pete DaTechGuy ran a “Poison Poll” to determine which GOP candidates for ’16 would cause conservatives and libertarians to just stay home, or worse.
I think we should do the same here at the ‘Grok for our various statewide positions – First up, US Senate race.
Meanwhile the sentiments expressed below are far from unique – the NHGOP and Mr Brown may be badly misreading the willingness of the voters to keep on choosing the lesser evil, rather than real principles.

Scott Brown – The definition of Slimy Bastard
Hi, Mike
Hope you and MarMar are doing well, I’m out on the left coast now
From the Grok it seems you had the misfortune of hosting Scott Brown, If he makes through the primary I’ll either write in Mickey Mouse or vote for Shaheen out of simple spite.
What do the readers think they would do if Brown were our nominee?
Greater Evil (Shaheen / Cthulhu)
Lesser Evil (Scott Brown)
