Hmm, even the Boston Herald sees a massive problem for Scott Brown here in NH

And for once, we’re not the main cause –  merely willing hands (emphasis mine):

It’s not Brown’s carpetbagging that poses the biggest obstacle, although New Hampshire voters are much more skeptical of outsiders than Bay Staters. Nor is Brown’s biggest problem his faulty internal GPS, which at times causes him to speak of the “people here in Massachuse-” during Granite State appearances. Even Shaheen’s high popularity numbers wouldn’t be Brown’s biggest roadblock.

Above all, Brown would have a very hard time convincing voters that he loves the Second Amendment as much as they do. After sitting on the fence on the issue of gun control for most of his last Senate campaign, he was outed as a gun control advocate by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who cited Brown’s stance as the reason for endorsing and fundraising for him. After the Newtown shootings, Brown went farther, voicing support for a federal ban on assault weapons.

By that time Brown was no longer on any ballot, and he didn’t face the wrath of the National Rifle Association. The NRA largely stayed out of Brown’s previous election battles as well, in part because of the People’s Pledge, but more so because the NRA doesn’t care what the Massachusetts electorate does. But the same cannot be said in New Hampshire, where the issue of gun control is a political powder keg.

Brown’s Facebook page, where comments have been posted deriding his gun control stance, provides but a preview for what’s ahead. For every post expressing sentiments like “Go for it, Scott. We need you,” there are five more that suggest Scott Brown will have to pry New Hampshire’s Senate seat from their cold, dead fingers.

Again, there is the rise of a constituency that does take what people say and what people have written.  They see where this country is going and are no longer willing to allow their elected officials, in the spirit of “bipartisanship and compromise”, to continue that Leftward slide away from the values that made this country great.  Sure, we don’t expect all Republicans to toe every line but certainly to support major Rights and tenets of the Party – which here in NH includes the Right to Self-Defense.  If Brown wants to run against the Party Platform, against the NH Constitution’s Article 2-a, and against the US Constitution’s Second Amendment, well, he will have a built in constituency that will be more than happy to start a Campaign.  And not one with him.
