We are not doing a two-hour show this week–our next full program in on Jan 4, 2014– but I found myself in Concord and took the opportunity to do a phone interview on the topic of School Choice with Jason Bedrick.
Jason is a former New Hampshire legislator and former research fellow for the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy. He is currently a policy analyst with the Cato Center for Educational Freedom.
We talked for about 20 minutes on the state of School choice in America, research and resources available on the subject, lawsuits that challenge voucher programs, and who brings them and why. We also talked about the lawsuit against New Hampshire’s own scholarship program headed for the state Supreme Court.
