And we Conservatives wonder why people aren’t outraged?

All around us, in print, on TV, in the blogosphere, I read, see, and listen how far we have come from the Founders Vision for America.  I look at the Lefty side and wonder “how do they get away with this?  How can they simply advocate for policies contra to our Fundamental Law, the values of Individual Freedom & Liberty, the Rule of Law, the Right to Private Property, our rights stemming from natural law?  We see how our politicians legislate & vote – further from foundational principles.  And it seems that the people who complain do bring up our history – but seems to be the only ones.

One reason – too many people don’t know their history.  Either they haven’t the internal sense of a intellectual lacking that needs to filled or they were taught “not to worry – bad things possibly happen to the USA – we’re Americans!”.  Or worse, our educational system failed them from laziness, or ever worser, deliberate devaluation of raison d’etre.  Progressivism requires that our past is just that – less than fading memories so that they can manufacture their own false ones in their stead.  Listening to the George Mason University students, it is clear that they won’t complain about today because they know little about yester years:
