As Good A Time As Any To Warn You About This Kind Of Vote Fraud

So tell me again - vote stealing activists use NH Democrat Martha Fuller Clarks house to vote fromThe Union Leader is reporting that while in college in Colorado, Sebastian Bradley, son of New Hampshire Republican Jeb Bradley, voted in Colorado–where he was attending College, and also voted absentee in New Hampshire.

If it is true he needs to suffer for that.  We’ve made it clear that we have zero tolerance for this crap no matter who does it.   But the more important point is this: there are thousands and thousands of double registered voters in New Hampshire who have been told it is OK to vote here even if they live out of state.   Given the porous nature of voting laws in many states, any number of people could be double-voting, or appear to be double voting.

Anyone can claim to be you in most states, or vote absentee as you in your home state, while you are pretending to live in New Hampshire, without anyone noticing or caring until long after the votes have counted.  That is stealing someones vote, whether it was you or not.

If someone votes as you by absentee in your home state because you voted in New Hampshire, or just shows up and votes as you, and becasue anyone who just shows up can pretend to have a presence and vote in New Hampshire, you are still liable for that double vote.  By voting in a state other than your actual home state, you have set yourself up.  Anyone who knows where you are can vote as you and if you get caught, you have just committed a crime.

Maybe the NH AG, and Sec-o-State, should consider this; that their “liberal” interpretation of “presence” as a defining characteristic of domicile (for voting in New Hampshire) is actually inviting vote fraud all over the country, and by extension, making the NH AG and S-o-S complicit in creating the risk of felony violations by people who register here, and are still registered elsewhere, of federal election law.

Oops!

Look, we want you to vote.  But you need to vote where you live.  And if you have an out of state drivers license, are here on business, stationed here temporarily with the government or military, working a campaign, just passing through on election day, or are just here to attend college, vote absentee where you actually live.

If you double register, are registered to vote in more than one state at the same time, you leave yourself open to being a victim of another persons act of voter fraud.  And at the end of the day, you are guilty unless there is substantial evidence that you did not complete that absentee ballot and you can actually prove that.

And we don’t care if it was you or not.  We’re not going to defend you. You were stupid and listened to some dumb ass campaign hack, college professor, or another student who told you it was OK to double register and vote where you didn’t live.  You did it.  You opened yourself up to the potential for being used to commit fraud.  I have no sympathy.  And we’ll keep telling you not to do it, and exposing out of state voters, and yes, double voters if they are uncovered, no matter what party or who they are related too.

It is not OK to double register.  You can not have two domiciles for voting purposes.   Stop doing it.
