The Windham School board got national attention in March when it banned Dodgeball.
After some ‘study’ and a good deal of opposition to the decision, the board has voted to bring the games back, with different names, while giving students the option to participate or not. Alternate, suitable activities will be provided by the phys-ed department.
As for new names, or even new games, might I suggest Obama-Ball? No matter what comes your way the media step in front and deflect it away from you so it doesn’t mess with the your mental preparation for that next round of golf.
