The Anthony “Weiner Of Worcester,” Massachusetts

“We’re trying to get to the bottom of where the picture came from, and we’re trying to get to the bottom of what it’s of and who it’s of.”    Anthony Weiner

Pre-Raphaelite Artist John Everett Millais was subtle in his 1848 painting of Isabella, where back in September, it was discovered that Millias had eluded on canvas, a character in the foreground with what appears to be an erection. But oh how those progressive sensibilities have become so callous! Enter the era of the New York Weiner…ergo, the “Worcester Weiner.”

State Representative John Fresolo, a Worcester Democrat, was placed on (paid)leave today for taking lascivious photos of his “phallic enrichments,” thereafter posting  them to the computer of  a female State House aide.

The little gem comes to us courtesy of MicheleMcPhee.com and Michele informs, “Comes on the same day that lawmakers underwent ethics training under the golden dome.”

Perhaps had he heeded his Roman Catholic teachings, the phrase,  “Exponere, teipsum non” would have been in the forefront of his moral compass. That being said, one can ask some of the bigest dufus’ to ever hold public office about the recent democratic advent of electronic show and tell sans, tightey-whiteys…and they will tell you, “its not such a good idea.

Yes, the “Worcester Wiener” has struck. As  shallow as the reference might be, the alliteration is simply to blithesome to pass on.   “Anywho”…Resign?, yeah, I think not…after all, this is the  “Massachusetts” that brought us Mayor Curley, Barney Frank, Gerry Studds, Nick Mavroules and of late, Elizabeth Warren…While Republicans were given never-ending hell over “toe-tapping burgomeister,” Sunshine State Sexting Sap, and Sanfords Southern Squeeze, Democrats traditionally take a, “much-ado” about nothing approach to the misdeeds of their own. The smart money says he keeps his seat.
