“Good Paul”- “Bad ‘Paul”

by Steve MacDonald

After the death of Navy Seal Chris Kyle, Ron Paul Tweeted…

Chris Kyle’s death seems to confirm that ‘he who lives by the sword dies by the sword.’ Treating PTSD at a firing range doesn’t make sense.

 Yesterday, Rand Paul Tweeted this…

Chris Kyle was a hero like all Americans who don the uniform to defend our country. Our prayers are with his family during this tragic time.”

That’s what you call the classic ‘Good Paul’ – ‘Bad Paul’ technique.

Update:  In a Facebook post meant to clarify the tweet, Paul wrote,

“As a veteran, I certainly recognize that this weekend’s violence and killing of Chris Kyle were a tragic and sad event.”

“My condolences and prayers go out to Mr. Kyle’s family. Unconstitutional and unnecessary wars have endless unintended consequences,”… “A policy of non-violence, as Christ preached, would have prevented this and similar tragedies.”

Jesus preached a policy of non-violence? Obviously this guy needs to sit through a few of the Patriot Preachers sermons. Jesus told us to sell our garments and buy swords, AKA AR 15′s. And what does he mean by unconstitutional and unnecessary wars? There are no such things as long as God has directed our leaders to start them. Sheesh…i ‘ve been media free for a long time, who is this marxist, faciast, anti American communist Paul Rand?

You are so miscombobulated, Crispy, that you don’t know your donkey from a RINO in the ground! And by the way, you did troll the greenish waters of Tree Huggies for some time – before being ignobly excommunicated – much to my amusement and eternal thanks. Don’t know if they really qualify as a medium, but they sure do flap their wings an awful lot, make prophecies, and throw hellfire after the brimstone.

And people wonder why Ron Paul comes off as a “confused old man” Yet, if we change the players and circumstances, the narrative reads quite differently. But the one constant here is crazy people and guns often do not mix.

  • Sam Adams

Paul only comes off as a confused old man to neo-cons who want more war, or libs who want more govt. Living and dying by the sword is God way of pay back for selling your soul for taking his children and his people, then bragging about it.. Its pretty easy to understand that.

As I would say to my Progressive friends, “Just because you wish it were so does not make it true.”

“The object of war is not to die for your country, but to make the other bastard die for his.”—-Gen Patton
Chris Kyle did this extremely well, for which I honor him. While there is nothing untrue about Ron Paul’s quote of Jesus(Mat 26:52), his first Tweet seems like an accusation against Chris Kyle, who served honorably, and with distinction. 2nd Tweet seems to be a CYA Tweet.

Alternative interpretation: Ron and Rand are not the same person.

I’m not my dad, nor will my sons be me. But we all love bacon. I’d call that middle ground.

All this proves is that crazy, anti-semitic Ron Paul is still way better than his racist, tea-partier son.

    • C. dog e. doG

All this proves is that the prattlings of a flute boy hunting bambies underscores his unproven manhood. Mind presenting some evidence about your latter claim, Danny-boy? Or would that involve too much heavy lifting?

I see that you didn’t require evidence for my former claim. I guess even you know that Pappy Paul is not a fan of the Lantsmen.

        • C. dog e. doG

I see you can’t produce evidence for the specious claim I challenged you to back up. Regarding your former point, I acknowledge some smoke, but have yet to see the fire. That said, I know how to separate the trash from the nuggets of gold, unlike the binary-coded troglodytes overpopulating the verdant landscape.

You play the flute. As in Ian Anderson doing “My God” live flute?
