Obama Couldn’t Run A Lemonade Stand (Nor could a NH Democrat) And Here’s Why?

Obama Couldn't run a lemonade StandWhen the economy got rough my employer had to cut back staffing.  By the time they were done we had dropped about 70% of our staff, down to the bare minimum needed to operate each department.   We kept the best people and asked them to do a lot more for the same money, and sometimes less. We went to smaller quarters.  We re-thought everything.  We looked for fat and cut it.  We analyzed how we did things when we were busy and a bit lazy and got into shape.

As it turns out, there were better, faster, and more efficient ways to get the same things done with fewer people, while spending less money.  We needed to do that, we did it, and we are surviving.  And if ever it comes time to grow again, then we’ll expand with more care and efficiency than before.

If we apply the way Democrats approach Government to business (our lemonade stand) it is the exact opposite.

New Hampshire Democrats took over state government and the first thing they did was make it larger, more expensive, and less efficient.  The state of the economy was irrelevant. Cost of living and inflation did not matter.  Your ability to pay was not even a consideration, they were just going to find ways to take what they needed.

To apply this to the idea of Obama or a New Hampshire Democrat running a lemonade stand, they would immediately add employees, make it a union shop, and go into debt.   They would add things, branch out into widgets and lawn care, and a regulatory state would rise to manage each one down to the tiniest blade of grass.  And then (seeing as it would never make any money) they would use the force of law to make you pay for it with new taxes and fees, interest on bonds they had to take out to pay for the spending, and then repeat the process for as long as you’d let them, regardless of any other factors–like economic stability or your ability to pay for their spending

If, at any point, you questioned why a lemonade stand should offer widgets and lawn care, they’d manufacture a victim class, use their party apparatus and the media to attack you and your motives, and then keep right on spending.

Failure is never an option while there are taxpayers left to milk.

That’s how Democrats run things.  That is how they ran New Hampshire.  That is why you kicked them out of office.  That is why they should never be elected to public office.  This is not the first time you have been warned.
