What Actual Vote Suppression Looks Like in New Hampshire

Someone working for or for the benefit of the Obama campaign is calling senior citizens in New Hampshire (and elsewhere I suspect) and asking them whom they intend to vote for?

(Name Redacted)…. told us that his 82 year-old father received a phone call Wednesday from a caller asking him for whom he was going to vote in the November election; the father says “Romney”, the caller said Romney?, father says yes, caller says “I just want to make sure, I’ve recorded your vote, and you don’t have to go to polls on the 6th.”

Telling Romney voters they don’t have to go to the polls on November 6th sounds a lot like vote suppression to me.  Actual vote suppression.

Let your parents, grandparents, and senior citizen friends know.  No one is ‘recording’ your vote.  Get them to the polls.  Oh, and there are people trying to run this down. We’ll provide updates as they become available.

Updated: Reminder; if you know of anyone who has received such a call, have them contact the AG’s office or Secretary of state.
