GrokWATCH: Right To Know Request – Water Sustainability Commission public surveys

WSC-Logo Water Sustainability Commision

Two days ago, we launched our newest Right To Know series concerning Gov. Lynch’s Water Sustainability Commission – that which was ordered into existence by Executive Order:

Good afternoon,

Having just taken your survey, I have a question:  will you be publishing all of the surveys taken so as to validate the summary result?  Like any good scientific OR Governmental process, it is always best, for openness and transparency, to publish all raw data.

If not, please consider this a Right To Know request under RSA 91-A for all of the filled out surveys that were received from SurveyMonkey (or by other means) on that survey, as shown by your page (http://www.nh.gov/water-sustainability/).

Previous posts on this are here, here, and here.  More are coming concerning this as well as on the Sustainable Communities Initiative (“SCI”) which is known locally as Granite State Future Plan being pushed by the Federal Government (HUD, EPA, DOT).  As you will see going forward, along with some breaking news that Grokster Tom will be enumerating, President Obama’s “five days from fundamentally transforming America” is truly being put into place, albeit, this one a stealthy one.  We’ve seen the artificially induced debt crisis created right in front of our eyes and we are seeing poverty and dependency on government growing right in front of our eyes.  And then there is this SCI which appears to be an environmentalist dream but really hiding something much worse.  Anyways, we are going to be digging into this aspect of it.

We all here took the survey and we were all blown away as to how bias and slanted it was.  In fact, if we were really skeptical about the idea that Government ALWAYS has our best interests at heart, with Liberty and Freedom always in their foremost, well, we…aw, heck, why am I even trying to make this sound cutsie.  Frankly, if you took it, you know what I mean.  It was like the Democrats in the NH House stating “first we’ll figure out what we are going to spend, then figure out how to raise taxes to meet it”.  Here, a similar attitude – what’s the conclusion(s) we want, so how do we structure the multiple choice answers?  So, I decided to issue the RTK (Right To Know).  And then found out something “different” – did you know that the efforts of the Water Sustainability Commission, tasked to figure out how the State would handle our water needs for the next 25 years,  has been given to a third party to manage?  I thought it was strange that the inquires were to go to a non-NH government email address:  watersustainabilitycommission@gmail.com.  Then I saw the snail mail address:

Going to their website, I got this for an address:

Friendly folks, I see.  I went to their About page:

About Synchrony

Synchrony Advisors is attuned to the way that business organizations work.  We help for-profit and non-profit leaders gain an objective view beyond the day-to-day challenges, so that they can find the operational misalignments with their strategic goals and re-orient their practices and systems to keep their businesses moving forward.

We have built successful companies from the ground up, so we understand that changing everyday practices is difficult.  However, we also know how essential it is to tune a company so that all of its pieces are in harmony with evolving customer demands and market pressures, allowing it to perform at its best.

Synchrony Advisors helps deepen your insight into your business by asking questions.  We’ve found that the answers drawn out by really good questions contain the seeds of the real world solutions that you seek.  We also believe that small and medium-sized businesses and non-profits are at the core of our economy.  With every company that we help grow stronger, we contribute to making our local and regional economy into a more vibrant, rich, and healthy human community.

So the operative questions is at this point are:

  • Why has NH State Government outsourced this to this organization?  I see no mention of that in their about.
  • But I did see ” We’ve found that the answers drawn out by really good questions contain the seeds of the real world solutions that you seek.

Actually, that latter one should have been added to with “And we can create questions that will yield the results you want!” (added to my earlier observation)

We all took the survey that was requested of the public.  We all here at the ‘Grok took the survey.  We also had other do it as well – so we have “markers” now in their database.  Or rather, when we get the surveys back via our Right To Know Request we’d best be seeing them.

I called Syncrony a few minutes ago and talked to John Gilbert (a member of the WSC as well).  He said that he received my email and would deliver all of their results in the legal time allowed (the email went out end of day on Tuesday, so the clock is ticking).  He also wanted to know why I wanted them – and at the time, I said that I did not have to say why (when doing an RTK, you don’t!)

Now, John, you know.

I also will be fisking that survey in another post – like I said, I took screen shots.

BE BRIETBART
