Another busy week for Grok friend Robert Stacy “The Other” McCain, as he relentlessly pursues the web of connections between Brett Kimberlin and assorted Leftist malcontents. Some twisted, some evil, and some just gullible enough to believe that Kimberlin is an innocent musician and pothead who was viciously targeted by the right.
Brett Kimberlin is a psychopath with no remorse and the smooth-talking ways of a con-man. Early convictions for perjury and drugs soon gave way to a 50 year sentence for domestic terror as the “Speedway Bomber” in 1981. While inside, he tried to claim that he’d previously sold pot to VP Dan Quayle – another con-job, and all detailed by the journalist, Mark Singer, who was almost taken in, and subsequently wrote “Citizen K”.
The links have become so tangled that Raw Story, one of whose writers is a cheerleader for Kimberlin’s ‘innocence’, had to issue a denial last week of any business connections with Kimberlin/Rauhauser and company.
Readers who have been following the story will know that it is now just over a week since “Everybody blog about Brett Kimberlin day“, and almost three weeks since Stacy read a blog post by Kimberlin victim Aaron Walker “that was so obviously newsworthy” that he immediately switched into full bloodhound journalist mode, and started turning up interesting facts. Since this saga started, Stacy has been driven from his home by threats against his wife and her employer, Erick Erickson has been swatted, and Lawyer Aaron Walker was briefly arrested when Brett Kimberlin forced him to make a court appearance to answer a specious restraining order. Truly an “Axis of Weevils’, and the Democrat party will rue the day that it got tangled with these creeps!
NOW READ SOME OF STACY’S RECENT POSTS…
FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION I’m about 1,200 words into a long follow-up post — trying to connect more of the scattered dots in the Brett Kimberlin orbit – but meanwhile I see Patterico has added important background on the Neal Rauhauser “Kookpocalypse” drama: After Aaron Walker went to court to get a peace order based on […]
In a previous item, I mentioned that former Raw Story reporter Larisa Alexandrovna is an “indefatiguable defender” of convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin. Some other writers (not me) have suggested a closer relationship between Raw Story and Kimberlin. A week ago, Raw Story issued this official statement: Raw Story was founded by John Byrne in 2004, and has only ever been owned by John Byrne (and minority-stake owner Mike Rogers, who joined in 2009). Roxanne Cooper became the publisher in October 2010, shortly before Ron Brynaert ended his tenure at the publication. Since March 2011, the editorial direction has been under the management of Megan Carpentier, who has complete editorial discretion separate from management. […]
‘Speedway Bomber’ Brett Kimberlin was sentenced to 50 years in 1981 FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION While researching further background material, I happened upon a November 2011 post at DFQ2 in which Seth Allen discussed Brett Kimberlin’s ties to the left-wing news site Raw Story. Allen was particularly interested in Larisa Alexandrovna, a former Raw Story reporter […]
FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION As September 2010 came to an end, Neal Rauhauser’s “beandogs” operation was rapidly imploding. Using his “WingNutWatch” Twitter account, Rauhauser had “organized a group of E-Thugs meant to harass, threaten, provoke, disparage, intimidate, verbally assault, berate & employ hate-speech against those not in agreement with his brand of politics,” as conservative blogger Patrick Read said […]
Professor Glenn Reynolds asks: “How’s that brass-knuckles reputation management working out for you?” The professor links an excellent examination of the legal precedents in Aaron Walker’s case by Hans Bader of the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Suffice it to say, Walker got railroaded.
“This could happen to you. It could happen in a context utterly unrelated to politics as you understand them. . . . Crazy stalking can happen to anyone for any reason.” – Popehat, “Brett Kimberlin and Aaron Worthing: Censorship And Retaliation Through Lawfare” FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION In my Thursday account of the connections between […]
FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION Democrat campaign consultant Neal Rauhauser accompanied convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin to a Tuesday court hearing in Maryland, confirming their continued collaboration in an apparent effort to harass and intimidate conservative bloggers. Kimberlin appeared in Montgomery County (Md.) District Court for a final hearing Tuesday on his “peace order” against blogger Aaron […]
by Smitty A picture of Stacy McCain beavering away on the blog surfaced today through means that remain obscure: American Glob straight up plays the “They Told Me If I Voted. . .” card, and points to Munsey’s Technosnarl, with an eyewitness account of today’s court circushearing at Munsey’s Technosnarl. But, Walker didn’t press the […]
UPDATE 6:25 p.m. ET: Sources say that blogger Aaron Walker has been released from custody in Rockville, Maryland. He was charged with “incitement,” but released on his own recognizance. Readers are encouraged to donate to the National Bloggers Club to help support Aaron’s defense against Brett Kimberlin. *** PREVIOUSLY (11:59 a.m.) *** FROM AN UNDISCLOSED […]
FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION One of the very valuable advantages I’ve had in reporting on Brett Kimberlin’s activities is that I’ve got Matthew Vadum’s phone number in my speed-dial. An investigative reporter and author of Subversion, Inc.: How Obama’s ACORN Red Shirts are Still Terrorizing and Ripping Off American Taxpayers, Vadum is a leading expert on […]
“The tale-teller was a short fellow who needed to be looked up to, who consistently sought relationships with females much younger than himself, who could boast to an eighteen-year-old woman he’d just met on a bus that he was ‘one of the strongest men in the world.’” – Mark Singer, Citizen K: The Deeply Weird […]
FROM AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION The news reached me by phone tonight, just as I was trying to get to sleep: Someone has targeted Red State’s Erick Erickson with the same dangerous hoax that had previously been used against Patterico. UPDATE: Erickson writes at Red State: Last week we spent a lot of time writing about […]
-Stacy McCain has filed another enlightening report on Brett Kimberlin and his associates, this time focusing on the man who, in my opinion, is most likely the field commander of this group of Nihilist thugs: Neal Rauhauser. Though the term gets overused these days, this is actually a must read because it connects more dots as we seek to understand the deliberately tangled web of alliances on the Left that are being constantly surrounded in a fog of deceptions and misdirections.
