Nullify Now! Philadelphia – Opening Sessions: Michael Boldin and Sheriff Mack

Just a half mile from the Liberty Bell, in the birthplace of our Constitution, The Tenth Amendment Center and their partners Foundation for a Free Society, held the Philadelphia edition of their travelling workshop on the constitution, and the use of Nullification by the states and the people to render bad Federal acts Null and Void.
A bustling vendor hall, a live radio broadcast, break out sessions, a giant Declaration of Independence, and much more. Your roving Grokster was there, and had the opportunity to capture video and pictures from the heart of the action. Here is the opening session with Michael Boldin; Sheriff Richard Mack and link to the Forgotten Men’s radio show, after the jump:

Sheriff Richard Mack, who is running for congress this year – from Texas, told us about the many ways that the county sheriff can be the last bulwark against Federal government overreach, and gave many examples of stand-up guys around the country wo were doing just that – interposing their authority to protect their bosses – the people of the county!

As Constitutionalists, Mark and Joshua are average citizens who have dedicated significant time to furthering the original meaning, intent, and purpose of the Constitution at the time of its ratification and how the founders provided us with solutions to the challenges we face today.

Mike is a British import of more than 30 years, who was a conservative in the days of Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan.

A staunch constitutionalist, Mike espouses all good causes toward the libertarian side of conservative – EG he who governs least, governs best. He believes that the Declaration, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights mean what they say, and that candidates for office should take their oaths of office seriously.
Here to defend, without irony “Your rights as Englishmen from distant and tyrannical government”, Mike knows whereof he speaks and exhorts all US citizens to live, breathe and teach our history and our constitution.
