Last weekend, the Tenth Amendment Center’s Michael Boldin spoke at the Free State Project’s Liberty Forum in Nashua, where he expounded on the theme that if a sufficient number of states, and a large enough number of citizens and businesses ignore an unconstitutional law, it becomes effectively moot. He drew particular attention to California and its medical Marijuana laws, but also covered state resistance to Real ID, Federal gun laws, and the detention (kidnapping) provisions of the NDAA:

…and in the evening, held a preview screening of the new movie, “Nullification”, which will be released in late March. The screening was held at 10pm, but there were still more than 50 people in the basement auditorium of the Crowne Plaza, and many of them stayed for a discussion of the film afterwards.
The film is a collaborative project of the Tenth Amendment Center and the Foundation for a Free Society, and features Dr Tom Woods, Prof Kevin Gutzman, Sheriff Richard Mack, Jason Rink, and of course, Michael Boldin. Large parts of the film were recorded during the national “Nullify Now!” tour, which is still running, with the next stop in Philadelphia featuring an impressive cast of characters.
