Hollis GOP, Local Candidates, and the Tenth Amendment Center

Pete DaTechGuy was kind enough to drive up from MA to  join a local GOP meeting here in Hollis, NH, and record the proceedings for posterity, while Mar-Mar fed the horde, and I ferried in the guest of honor, Michael Boldin of the Tenth Amendment Center, who was also speaking at the FSP’s Liberty Forum this weekend.

Al Chase, chairman of the Hollis GOP, ran the meeting and covered local legislative issues, as well as introducing the candidates.

Cliff Hurst, candidate for NHGOP Vice Chairman spoke to the group.

Dianne Bitter, a well known activist in te party, is running for NHGOP Assistant Secretary.

and Raul Blanche, a former Cuban refugee, is running for the (Hollis) town budget committee.

Finally, after much food and mingling, Michael Boldin, fonder of the Tenth Amendment Center, addressed the crowd for a few minutes, and then mingled some more. Videos below.

Mike is a British import of more than 30 years, who was a conservative in the days of Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan.

A staunch constitutionalist, Mike espouses all good causes toward the libertarian side of conservative – EG he who governs least, governs best. He believes that the Declaration, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights mean what they say, and that candidates for office should take their oaths of office seriously.
Here to defend, without irony “Your rights as Englishmen from distant and tyrannical government”, Mike knows whereof he speaks and exhorts all US citizens to live, breathe and teach our history and our constitution.
