Is it time? Time for all of us to line up behind one candidate? - Granite Grok

Is it time? Time for all of us to line up behind one candidate?

One person. One man. One leader. It can’t be…

…Romney, because he is not a conservative, and has no foundational political philosophy.

Nor should it be Perry; he is fatally flawed, it would appear.

Nor can it be libertarians Gary Johnson or Ron Paul. Their ideas are right, but they probably cannot win.

Nor Tea Partier Michele Bachmann. Too many unforced mistakes.

Nor uber-establishment (and thus problem-candidate) figures Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich. They helped to get us to where we are.

Nor can or should it be non-candidates Chris Christie, Donald Trump, or Rudy Guiliani.

Who’s left? Only two.

Is it time for all of us—conservatives, social conservatives, libertarian conservatives, Tea Partiers, Constitutionalists, 9/12ers, libertarians, and others—to line up behind one of them?

They would be…Herman Cain and/or Sarah Palin (if she gets in). Thoughts?
