I know Skip posted a similar entry about this earlier, but I need to give Judd Gregg our "Dope of the Week" award, for supporting Elena Kagan for the SCOTUS.
I called his office in DC today, to ask "why??". His staffer said something to the effect of, "he decided to support her based on a 50/50 response from constituents." Way to go Judd. I thought members of the Senate and House were supposed to consider the US Constitution first, constituents second? Mudd. That’s your legacy. Mudd.
