I had done my micro-interview with Pat here, so now it is time to post the video from his seminar. I have to admit, watching my Congresswoman, Carol Shea-Porter, used as an object lesson did my heart well (as in "politicians should really not be this lame?"):

I have asked Pat for a link to the actual video that Pat used in his presentation (it kinda hammered home the lesson over and over and over and…you get the idea).
