As I said earlier, part of NH Steward’s Grassroots Communications Conference had a panel presentation with the four (so far) folks that are vying to be the Republican nominee for US Senate and former Gov. John Sununu moderating that discussion (the last event in the day).
I was able to corral only two of the candidates after the panel for basically a one question interview (there were a lot of folks that, given the nature of the event, wanted to talk to these candidates.
The first was Jim Bender, a businessman who believes his business skills should earn your vote:
Co-founder of GraniteGrok, my concern is around Individual Liberty and Freedom (and how Government is taking that away from us). My fight, from a Conservative (with small "L" libertarian leanings) and evangelical Christian perspective, is with the Progressives that are forcing a collectivized and secular humanistic future upon us. As TEA Party activist, citizen journalist (and pundit!), my goal is to use the New Media to advance the radical notions of America's Founders back into our culture again.
