Peculiar way of saying "hi"

After a while, the continued back handed slaps by the President at his own country, our country, seems to be summed up by this:

Obama Saluting Uncle Sam

"After a while, the continued back handed slaps by the President at his own country, our country, seems to be summed up by this:"

Very good. You post something containing only a single sentence, and you manage to slap together something that is a grammatical horror show. A missing hyphen, a gratuitous capital letter, and subject-verb mismatching--yep, you've covered all of the usual Granite Grok bases.

It's good to know that you're determined to keep the quality of this blog at its accustomed level even while Doug is moping in self-imposed exile.

Gee, Kemibe You're not only a biblical scholar and "thought" policeman but now you're a grammer expert too. Plus, you magically know somehow what Doug is doing. Could you be any more puffed up in your own mind? Please provide me with your blog address so I can go critique it with a magnifying glass. Oh wait, I'm not OCD. And, I'm guessing "Kemibe" isn't really your real name because you probably don't have the guts to identify yourself. Anonymity is soooo easy! Cheers!
I don't see anything wrong with a show of respect for a fellow world leader. What should he have done, punched him in the face? It's called Protocol.
Judy, you are an amazingly oblivious creature. You say that I haven't provided a blog address, but do you know what that blue line under "kemibe" means? It means the word is a link. In this case, to a blog (not one you'd want to read, by the way). Where you'll find my real name all over the place.

Unreal.

Like I said, Kemibe, I'm not OCD and just never noticed it. I actually have a very busy life. Dean, The proper presidential protocol is to NEVER bow to any head of state. Nor should they bow to Obama, and you notice...they didn't. Even the Japanese were surprised and embarrassed according to news reports. With all of President Obama's protocol advisers (whom I'm sure told him what was the proper protocol) he did it, I believe, as a false humility gesture or it's just another part of his apology tour that we're the United States of America. He also bowed to the Saudi king and there was alot of backlash and outrage over that too and denial by his party that he actually bowed. You know he knows, he's just, in my opinion, a narcisist and ego-centric and really doesn't think much of my country or it's protocol by his actions.
You have to be OCD in order to notice a link? This just keeps getting better. Just admit you were wrong. Come on, it won't burn. I've done it.

Your comments about what the president should and should not do when greeting other heads of state are marvelously misinformed. Do you really think that if it were wrong for Obama to bow his head to someone, his advisers shouldn't have told him? It's amazing how anonymous right-wingers think they know more than people who actually work in the white house, but then most of you are unhinged. And, "false humility"? You're a mind-reader now? Sure there was backlash after the Saudi king affair, for no other reason that the United States is chock-full of angry, mindless wingnuts who can't tell a fact from a bald-faced lie and don't care to. No names mentioned, of course.

Kemibe, you need to work on your sense of humor. I didn't notice the link, geeze if that's makes me "wrong" then I'm wrong. It's just my impression that Obama is full of "false humility." Since I live in a free America...so far...I'm entitled to have an opinion just like you.
You don't come across as writing from a position of high-spirited bantering, but I'll take your word for it. Of course you have a right to express your opinions. I just don't see what making the worst possible assumptions about the president's mindset--assumptions you will never have any means of verifying--is going to get you other than mad. You're perfectly free to hate the guy, but wouldn't it make more sense to focus on objective behaviors and things Obama has arguably screwed up rather than go to extremes and start bellyaching about how he greets people or what he supposedly thinks? The cartoon in the original post is stupid because it's based on a false premise, but that's OK too, the world doesn't have enough talented but stupid artists quite yet.
A friend pointed me to your blog, and I've been reading backposts, trying to give your point of view a chance. You're not very smart, are you?
